The home is very spacious and is all on one level. There is an enclosed courtyard in front and a private guest casita. There is room to sleep 10 people in this luxurious 4 bedroom home. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable and upscale furnishings and contemporary artwork. The floors are hardwood and stone. 

The family room is a comfortable room to watch TV on the 50” flat screen with Blu Ray and surround sound. It is light & bright with lots of windows and soaring ceilings. There is a stone gas fireplace to add ambiance to the comfortable atmosphere. Off the family room there is a game room with a billiard table, poker table, and a flat screen TV. This room is open to the gourmet kitchen where you will find a gas cook top and built-in refrigerator. The counters are granite slabs, there is a large island and skylights add to the natural lighting. Everything is included with this kitchen for you to entertain or prepare an intimate gourmet meal.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The master suite is elegant and spacious and features hardwood floors, King bed, flat screen TV, and a cozy sitting area that has wonderful views of the yard. The master bathroom is as equally elegant and spacious as the bedroom. Features a large soaking tub with tile steps, large glass shower, a huge skylight and 2 walk-in closets.

The casita, which is located in the front courtyard has a king bed and full bathroom. The additional guest bedrooms in the main home has 1 queen, and 2 singles. There is also a hideaway queen sofa in the den. The den features a work desk complete with a PC and a printer. There is high speed wirelss Internet and cable TV included.

The amazing backyard is fabulous and you'll truly feel like you are on a 5 star vacation. Start with the pool side covered patio complete with table, chairs, chaise lounges, flat screen TV, and a patio heater. Across from the pool is the large covered ramada. The ramada has a patio heater and pub style table and chairs along with a bar area complete with stools over looking the pool. Next to the Ramada there is a built in stainless steel gas grill, two refrigerators and a long tiled counter top. On the opposite side of the pool is a putting green and a chipping green. Across from the putting green tucked into the side of the home is the built in spa with a waterfall.

The backyard is private and has a view fence to the open desert. There is also a cozy beehive fireplace with seating that is perfect for the starry Arizona nights. This home is like staying at your own private luxury resort.
