Charming home located in the captivating west valley Verrado community. Verrado exudes the feel of a beautiful old southwestern town complete with a pedestrian friendly main street filled with shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The community features 47 developed parks, 8 of them are within walking distance from the home including the Turtles Landing Park which was voted best place to play by the Verrado Community. Verrado’s Main St. is a short 5-minute drive from the home and it’s where friends, old and new meet for drinks and good eats. 

This turnkey vacation home has everything you need to feel right at home. There is a two-car garage attached to the home. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat, a flat screen HDTV with DVD and sliding glass door to the patio. The kitchen and dining room are warm and cheery with natural stone tile floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The pub style dining table seats 8 people comfortably. 

The entertaining back patio is furnished with sofa, chairs, ottomans and a fire pit. There is a walkway to the built in stainless steel gas grill and adjacent is a putting green were you can brush up on your chops before you go hit Verrado’s Raven Golf Club.

Upstairs we have a large master suite complete with a King bed, two nightstands with reading lamps and wrap around windows that allow for natural lighting. There is a nice seating area with a chair and lamp and a flat Screen TV. The master bathroom has two sinks, a walk in shower, a large soaking tub and a walk in closet.

The second guest bedroom features a queen bed and dresser. The third guest bedrooms is perfect for kids or grandkids and has a twin bunk bed. These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For convenience the laundry room is located upstairs in between the bedrooms and feature full size washers and dryers.

There is so much to do in Verrado without ever having to leave the community and there are other nearby attractions for nature lovers and explorers. You can go running, mountain biking or hiking at the White Tanks Mountain Preserve and even take the east hike to waterfall trail. Spring training games are with 15 to 30 minutes.
