Yes, unlike other companies in the area, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. We believe that this is the only way you will be happy with your accommodation.
We also have Virtual Tours for our 5 Star and 4 Star homes where you can view each room of the house.
Is this a time share offer?
We are not in anyway affiliated with time share. The homes and condos are owned by individual investors and we manage them on their behalf. You are not in any way required to sit through a presentation. However, if you are interested in this great investment opportunity, we would be happy to sit down with you, and discuss it further.

What is "My ARIZONA LODGING EXPERTS Reservation"?
"My ARIZONA VACATION EXPERTS Reservation" is designed to assist you manage your reservation through our secure easy online system. With the "My ARIZONA VACATION EXPERTS Reservation" system you will be able to:
· Make Payments Online or Process Your Final Payment
· Add Equipment Rental
· Purchase Trip Insurance
· Purchase Additional Car Rentals Through Enterprise
· Request a Mid-Stay Clean
· Request an Early/Late Arrival and Departure Time
Once you book a reservation with ARIZONA LODGING EXPERTS you will receive an e-mail including your user name and password. Within your profile you will be able to change your contact information and credit card information on file and personalize your password to something you will remember. What is required to make a reservation?
When you find the house of your choice you can either book the property on-line or speak to one of our Reservationists at 1-602-404-2982. When making your reservation all we require is a 1-Night Rental deposit that is a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance is processed 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point. Please note if the final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date.
Helpful Information on How to Choose Your Vacation Home
Do you offer group rates and planning?
Yes we do, please indicate the type of group and how many people you will need to accommodate when calling.
When is check-in & check-out time?
Your home will be available for Check-in at 4:00 p.m. An early check-in can be coordinated for an additional fee. If the property has a check-out the day of your arrival we will not be able to coordinate an early check-in.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room, so please help us prepare for our next guest by being on time.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 p.m. or as need for check in Monday thru Sunday. If you arrive after hours, you are also able to check in from our lock box in the front of the office. When you receive your confirmation information there will key instructions included for the lock box. If you check out after hours there is a key return there as well.
Do you offer Travel Insurance?
Yes, at an additional charge of 7% of your total.
Your Travel Insurance payment will be processed when you reserve your vacation home. If you do not include Travel Insurance when you reserve your home you will have up to 30 days before your arrival to purchase Travel Insurance.
What is your Change/Cancellation Policy?
If you change your reservation there is a $20.00 fee for any change. No changes can be made within 30 days of your arrival.
The 1-Night Rental deposit is Non-refundable. A cancellation within 30 days of your arrival will result in a loss of all monies. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
What will we be responsible for when we check out?
We just ask that you lock up and bring the keys back to the office
How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from ARIZONA LODGING EXPERTS?
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email, unless email is unavailable. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain www.arizonalodgingexperts.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation. Expect a second email with final confirmation and arrival instructions after your final payment has been applied to the reservation, thirty days from arrival. If you have not received these emails and you have adjusted your spam filters, please contact our billing department at
Do you have a Lost and Found?
Yes. If you’ve left something behind on your visit and we find it, we can arrange to have it shipped back to you. ARIZONA LODGING EXPERTS uses Kinkos/Fed Ex to handle all shipping of left behind items. We can also arrange for Kinkos/Fed Ex to ship extra/bulk items to your home or business prior to your departure. For more details, please contact our Guest Services Team.
