All three bedrooms are also wired with DIGITAL CABLE TV, the two guest bedrooms even have DVD's. There is something for everyone, so no worries. During your stay you will be surrounded by beautifully polished hardwood floors, Tumbled travertine stone tile and solid slab Granite Counters. This home offers 270 degrees of privacy with no neighbors directly across the street, to the left side or directly behind the home. The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed and a private door leading to the pool. The master bathroom is adorned with a large roman tub and walk in shower, as well as a walk in closet. There is a door from the master bath that goes to a private patio with a fireplace. The each guest suite has a queen bed. The kitchen is fit for a Gourmet Chef with a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. We also offer a Soft water system with reverse osmosis. Outback you have a stainless steel drop in BBQ Grill with Rotisserie. There is a raised sundeck at the rear of the home by the pool. The pool is accented with five beautiful hand carved cantera frog fountains. If you’re looking for a hot tub to relax in, just a few steps from the home are the community hot tub and a large wood fireplace. There is a large community pool available for our rental guest as well. If you fancy a game of Tennis you have use of the community courts. Grayhawk also features over 25 miles of jogging and walking paths. Minimum stay is required.
