Here you also have a cozy living area, a wonderful breakfast nook, a full kitchen, and the laundry room. The balcony is also located here as well. The view from the balcony is beautiful, showing the pond with the waterfalls and mature trees. The second flight of stairs will take you to the bedroom with a comfy King bed, plus a walk in closet and the master bath. The second room adjacent is set up as an office with a desk, walk in closet and a full bathroom. The community features a full gym with elliptical and tread mills for cardio work outs and a combo of free weights and a machine to do strength training. There is a nice pool and Jacuzzi here for guest to enjoy. In the clubhouse they have a billiard table upstairs along with a screening room with a big screen and projector.
